"low boy" delivery and pick up expenditures. Bigger is not

equipment has "Blade Mounted Laser Eye"
leveling devices. This device enables the dozer operator to view an onboard video device,
while grading home sites, septic areas and road surfaces, thus avoiding the expense of
additional survey/grading.

Rule Three "Water flows downhill"
In an effort to keep the homes "profile" as low as possible many ask us
for a dug out or "pit set" site. We will, discourage you from
creating a swimming pool under your home!. We encourage you to
consider that surface and
gutter water is not diverted or invited into the crawl space cavity of your new home.
