• Max Lilly:   Service Director. WA/OR Licensed and Certified Manufactured Housing Installer, previous Nuclear Consultant with organizational and quality control expertise, specialist in materials management.

Our Staff Members have over 278 Years Of Combined Experience In Land and Home Development.  Staff Members include commercial and residential electricians, dozer and backhoe operators, concrete specialists, licensed and certified installers, foundation specialists, interior finishers, and carpenters. Over the past 18 years our Service Department has successfully developed and completed more than 4000 thousand land and home packages in Washington & Oregon!
